North Rim Tree

A lone Utah Juniper (Juniperus Osteosperma) and the moon in the background at the north rim of Grand Canyon near Toroweap Point just after sunset. The tree was illuminated using an electronic flash. Grand Canyon is in northern Arizona, United States. This photo was taken in the evening of a sunny day in October of 2006. This photo was taken with a digital camera.
